Inspired by Chichester Harbour - An exciting exhibition entitled Earth, Air and Water showing over 70 works of art and photography inspired by Chichester Harbour is currently on display at The Spring Arts Centre .

The work on display has been completed by artists of all ages and with a wide range of artistic experience from complete beginners to professional artists. Much of the work has been inspired by workshops run by Chichester Harbour Conservancy. These have covered a variety of media including printmaking, painting, photography and textiles.

In addition to working with the public, sessions were run with five local secondary schools and with the Partners in Art group from Pallant House Gallery. Some of the resulting work is also on display. Jane Latowski, Deputy Education Officer at the Harbour Education Service said, ‘we would like to thank all the artists who have submitted their work. It has helped to create a vibrant and wonderful exhibition that demonstrates how special the landscape of Chichester Harbour is to the local communities.

The exhibition is free to visit and is open every day.
